Bridal Couple only

Book 3 nights at the applicable rate and get your wedding free of charge

Bridal Couple plus guests

Book sole use of any lodge at the applicable rate for 2 nights and get your wedding and one room (for bridal couple) free of charge

Wedding Package Includes the Following:

• Minister
  You will receive a copy of the marriage certificate on the day of the ceremony and the unabridged copy once the minister gets it back from the Home Affairs Office. The minister will make contact with the couple prior to arrival to discuss the wedding ceremony
• Cake
  A one tier wedding cake of your choice, e.g. chocolate mousse, cheese cake, carrot cake or traditional fruit cake will be decorated with fresh flowers fitting in with the theme of your wedding (we require a 3 month window in order to provide a traditional fruit cake)
• Bridal Bouquet & button hole
• Back, neck & shoulder massage for the wedding couple as well as a French Manicure for the bride
• Witnesses
  If the wedding couple is unaccompanied Shamwari staff will sign as witnesses. Please note that if your witnesses are not South African citizens, the Shamwari witnesses will have to counter sign as well
• Private Dinner
  On return to the lodge, the couple will be given a private dinner either in their room or in a private area at the lodge
• Sole use game drive on wedding day
  A sole use game drive with a sun downer stop including snacks and drinks after the wedding ceremony
• On-site coordinator
  Kindly note that a 10% handling fee will apply should you require the on-site coordinator to arrange any of the additional services on your behalf

We would require the following:

• Full names of wedding couple
• Residential address, telephone & fax number and email address
• Copy of both parties’ passports (and/or ID’s)
• Birth certificates
• Christian names
• If any of the parties have been married before? If so, we require an Order of Divorce or a Death Certificate
• Marital status
• Are both parties over 21 years?
• What their residential address will be once they are married?

Additional photographs or videoing.
There are Heath Spas on the Game Reserve and a pricelist of the various treatments are available (including massages, manicures, pedicures etc) can be supplied on request.
