• Package can only be reserved through the central reservations office servicing the three game reserves.
• Subject to the standard terms & conditions of the applicable game reserves
• All extras at hotels (beverages, transfers, gratuities, lunch, dinner, spa, gym, telephone, laundry etc.) must be settled upon departure from each establishment
• Package, including upgrade fees if applicable is payable to the applicable game reserve
• Any additional nights, extra to the Winter Madness package can be booked directly with the hotel at the applicable rate
• All rooms and services are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Strictly applicable for groups of up to a maximum of 6 rooms (12 persons sharing) per booking – NOT APPLICABLE TO THE LAST WORD
• A maximum of 2 free nights can be accommodated per booking at Radisson Blu and Views Boutique Hotel & Spa
• A maximum of 3 free nights can be accommodated per booking at The Last Word Intimate Hotels, Lawhill Luxury Apartments, Grande Roche Hotel & Restaurant and Lake Pleasant Living
• Upgrades at hotels are available at the time of booking and subject to an additional net and non commissionable cost
