Road Transfers

Road transfers are done by an accredited company with the applicable liability and insurances in place. All transfers must be booked through the Reservations department prior to arrival. Vehicles used for transfers might change due to availability, but will be similar in size.

Rates
The below rates are

• per vehicle per way
• quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR
• subject to change without prior notice
• net and non commissionable
• only applicable if booked through the reservations department

Entering Nkomazi Game Reserve

Nkomazi Game Reserve is approximately two (2) hour transfer from KMIA/MQP. The road from the gate to the lodge is not accessible by normal or 4x4 vehicles and therefore guests are transferred from the welcome lounge (situated at the gate) to the lodge

• arriving guests will be picked up from the welcoming lounge at 13h00
• departing guests will depart the lodge at 11h00 to arrive back at the welcoming lounge at 11h20
• transfers at alternative times can be requested at an additional fee and must be booked prior to arrival

Transfers at alternative times can be requested at an additional fee of R100 per vehicle and must be booked prior to arrival.

Payment

Transfer charges will be added to the total booking value and is payable with accommodation.

Cancellations

100% (Full) cancellation will be charged for all transfers cancelled within 48 hours of travelling.
